The owner of online store BizuBizu.com is company BizuBizu Michal Stepien, registered in Poland (European Union), Zeromskiego 23/46, 01-882 Warsaw. VAT Reg. No: PL1181629505. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and BizuBizu.com for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

1. Descriptions

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

2. Prices & Currencies

All prices are available in three currencies: US Dollars ($), UE Euro (€) and UK Pounds Sterlings (£). The default currency is Euro (€). You can change currency by choosing it from top menu. Exchange rates are updated on a weekly basis.

3. Availability & Delivery

Availability information for products is listed on each individual product. All items are usually despatched within 4 working days after an order has been placed. We aim to deliver within 7 to 14 days for European destinations and within 14 to 30 days for the rest of the world.

All items will be delivered by Post mail or by UPS courier delivery, depending on customers choice. For shipping costs, check out our Shipping & Payment page.

International shipments beyond EU (European Union) may be subject to import duties and taxes. BizuBizu.com is not responsible for additional charges and can't inform what they may be. Contact you local customs office for actual information.

4. Returns Policy

We offer a 21 day returns policy which begins from the date you received the goods. All unwanted products should be returned in a resaleable condition. When you send your items back to us we will process the returned items and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund, depreciated by posible duty fees and taxes paid by us for these incoming items.

5. Paying & Security

BizuBizu.com will not make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and BizuBizu.com will not be liable for non-delivery.

We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. BizuBizu.com is PayPal Verified. If you have a PayPal account then you can check the PayPal Verification now, if you click here. If you dont already have a PayPal account and you want to check the PayPal Verification, then you will be asked to sign up first and log in before you can access the PayPal Verification page.

6. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order products from BizuBizu.com, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority.

7. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish Law and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
